Each soft focus class begins with a forty-five minute dance warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of learning original, contemporary lyrical choreography.
Over the four Wednesdays within this session (May 10th, 17th, 24th, & 31st), we’ll be giving the same set of choreography some soft focus. This means that the routine we learn on the 10th will show up again on the 17th, 24th, and 31st, giving us the opportunity to go deep and download the moves into our body. We will also add onto the choreography each week, giving you a solid routine that you can really dance each week in-studio (or wherever the music takes you!).
You’re never obligated to attend all four lessons, and you can even come out to just the last class if you want! However, attending all four workshops will give you the opportunity to practice and master one particular routine in an inclusive, positive environment.
